2.Efficient Multi-Process Integrated Machining for Steel: Leveraging high-performance 3-axis/4-axis/5-axis machining centers and turn-mill composites (from world-renowned brands like Brother, Haas, and BAOJI, with a precision tolerance of ±0.001 mm), we complete complex steel machining processes—including milling, turning, drilling, and thread cutting—in one setup. For high-hardness or thick-walled steel parts, this integrated approach reduces workpiece handling by 30%, shortens cycle times by an average of 20%, and minimizes cumulative errors from repeated clamping.
3.Real-Time Monitoring for Steel Machining Stability: Operators monitor cutting parameters (such as spindle speed, feed rate, and tool wear) in real time, especially critical for heat-treated or high-carbon steel parts prone to hardening. Key steel-specific parameters are verified: dimensional accuracy, tolerance compliance, surface roughness (Ra/Rz), hardness (to confirm heat treatment effectiveness), tensile strength, and corrosion resistance (for surface-treated steel parts). This rigorous testing minimizes assembly mismatches and slashes rework costs for steel components.
5.Steel-Specific Post-Processing & On-Time Delivery: We provide specialized post-processing for steel parts, including precision deburring (critical for eliminating sharp edges in load-bearing steel components), ultrasonic cleaning to remove machining residues, and customized surface treatments (such as electroplating for corrosion resistance, black oxide coating for wear resistance, sandblasting for texture uniformity, and painting for aesthetic or environmental protection). After thorough cleaning and rust-proof packaging (or custom packaging as required), finished precision machined steel parts are delivered with an on-time rate exceeding 99.5%.
