We lock in critical specifications—such as dimensional tolerances (±0.01mm) and surface roughness (Ra 0.8-3.2μm)—to ensure the part is prepared for subsequent black treatments (anodizing, black oxide, dyeing).
2.CNC Programming Adjustments for Blackening
Programs prioritize precision (±0.01mm) and surface quality: minimizing tool marks/burrs, controlling chip evacuation to prevent contamination, and using fillets on sharp edges. These adjustments ensure the machined surface serves as an ideal substrate for consistent blackening.
3.Material Selection Balancing Blackening and Performance
