2.Efficient Multi-Process Integrated Machining: Using 3-axis/4-axis/5-axis machining centers and turning-milling composite equipment (precision up to ±0.001 mm, from world-renowned brands like Brother, Haas, and BAOJI), processes such as milling, turning, and drilling are completed in one go—shortening the cycle by an average of 20% even for complex parts.
3.Full-Process Machining Monitoring: Operators monitor machining status and equipment operation in real-time to ensure stability and reliability throughout production.
4.Comprehensive Strict Quality Inspection: Quality is our core commitment. After production, advanced testing equipment—including Serein coordinate measuring machines (CMM), Mitutoyo instruments, 2D height measurement systems, go/no go gauges, hardness testers, digital calipers, 2.5D projectors, and X-ray spectrum analyzers—conducts 100% full inspection of key parameters: dimensions, tolerances, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and surface roughness. This minimizes assembly errors and reduces rework costs.
5.Professional Post-Processing and On-Time Delivery: We provide deburring, cleaning, and custom surface treatments (e.g., electroplating, anodizing, sandblasting, painting). Finished parts undergo thorough cleaning and protective packaging (or as specified) before delivery, with an on-time rate exceeding 99.5%.
